Rick from Bugged Out does a consistently great job keeping our house pest free. We’ve been using him for over 4 years and he has continually exceeded our expectations. Rick takes his time and listens to our concerns to make sure our home and yard are pest free, on top of being a very kind personable guy. We recently moved to an older home and he has spent extra time to make sure it is brought up to speed and that our needs are met proactively. He has even been willing to change his schedule around to come by when I’m home to make sure he can treat the interior. Overall he offers a great service that is worth every penny. Great service with a personal touch.

I called this company because I had seen a couple scorpions in my home over the past few months and I was freaked out. Rick answered my call and gave me information and answered all my questions. He made me feel so much better about the situation and didn’t try to make a sale. I will be using this company for all pest control needs going forward. Excellent customer service!!! Thanks Rick!

After billions of ants waged war on our house my friend recommended Bugged out, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. I called and explained our problem and they were at our house with a solution within 24 hours. He thoroughly explained and educated me on the process and what to expect. I’m confident that the problem is under control now. The best part is we weren’t pitched any up-sales or recurring subscription services. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be using again in the future. Thanks for everything!

Wow ! Rick Lopez is truly one of a kind . He is reliable and always helps with any questions we may have . He answers to phone calsl and text messages in a timely manner. He usually comes to our home every other Friday and I needed my grass cut the Wednesday before the Friday that it was due . I messaged him and he said he would try his best . Today, Wednesday I look out my window and see Rick .That is what I call quality customer service ! Rick , you are truly appreciated and thank you for everything that you do . 🙂

Very knowledgeable and great customer service policies! I was educated as a bug novice on what to do and all of my questions were answered in the appropriate depth for me, which I loved. Lastly, as I had a new build infestation, it was so wonderful to be able to see the products work the way that they were described. I feel that while you may not want to know anything and wouldn’t need to; my questions are never disregarded and my irrational fears aren’t laughed at by anyone but me. Definitely recommend!!!

Love this company! Been a loyal customer for almost two years and haven’t had a single problem with bugs. Initially we had fire ants outside and water bugs in the kitchen. They were gone after just one visit from Rick. We have him come over three weeks every spring and summer to handle the mosquitoes. I don’t have to spray myself down every time I want to go out now and I’m thrilled at the quality. Best value!
