The owner went up in my attic where the rodents were and put out poison. Then he came back a week later to check. He eliminated the problem that I was having. Very professional! I highly recommend this company!

This is the only pest control company I use. The customer service is great on phone and in person, not to mention the prices are great in comparison to some of the major brands. But Pest Tex has the same quality. Call them.

Dana and Team were great to work with. I am selling a home in the McKinney area and we ran into a cricket infestation. Dana was able to call me back after leaving a message rather quickly and we were able to get the technician to come exterminate within two days! Great points I like to focus on were the following (In no particular order): Customer Service 5/5, Quality of Service 5/5, Technician Knowledge and Prevention Advice 5/5, and Pricing for Services Rendered 5/5. We recently discovered some rodents living around and underneath our storage sheds. We utilized Pest-Tex to eradicate the problem. We noticed a rapid decline in their activity shortly after. Along with that, we also sprayed for bugs in the same appointment. Service was prompt, thorough, and affordable. I highly recommend Pest-Tex for any pest/bug/rodent problems you need taken care of.

Pest-Tex services is top notched company. Have used them for my home for years, I have referred them to all my friends & family! Best customer service I have found yet, they are great on being straight forward no sales pitch just good company. Even when, we needed termites treated & misquotes they responded quickly with good prices!
