Roberto came to our place because we saw some droppings on our front and back entrances. He quickly assessed our situation, gave suggestions, taught us a lot about creatures and installed his “Garage Lower Corner Pest Shield Plus” for us. He was knowledgeable, professional and fun to chat with. He has years of experience in pest control and we feel very relieved and happy with his services. Bonus: not rat droppings! As people who have dealt with mice and snakes in our home before, we take creature prevention seriously

Roberto did a great job treating our home, as well as installing his garage door seals. He was very attentive to our wants/needs and his experience really shows when it comes to identifying and treating problem areas. He is not a pushy salesman like you see from other pest companies and his pricing is fair.

Herns Pest Control is the absolute best. He’s very knowledgeable and very accommodating. There was a recent instance where I didnt have the courage to move a dead mouse and he came and removed it in less than 5 mins. It doesn’t get any better than that. I highly recommend!

MUST READ! >> my wife informed me at 3pm of some field mice that got into our house. Very common due to all the construction. Being at the fire station today, I could not be there to help my wife. Roberto told me he understood my dilemma and wanted to make sure my wife’s concerns were addressed. I can not tell you happy we are with the service he provided. He made time after hours to come out. Not only did he help with mice but he moved around things in the garage that my wife was unable to do by her self to help not attract the mice. I really appreciate the service Roberto provided. We truly are grateful we found you!

We moved to Texas from Oregon into a new construction home and not only do the massive bugs freak me out but mice will send me to the ceiling! Herns was recommended to me by multiple other people in our neighborhood and we are so so pleased with our experience! I told Roberto the house would be burnt down if I saw a mouse so he did what he could within our budget to make sure they stayed out! We have had no issues and If there’s ever a problem Roberto is easy to reach! Very thankful for Herns Pest Control.
