They were supposed to treat around the house and both the front yard and back. When the young man came up to leave I asked him if he did the yards and he said yes, I questioned because he had not been there long enough to do both yards and treat around the house. He then said, well I focused on the back yard because it was closest to the pasture. I walked theback yard, there are no granules. There are still spider webs, black widows spiders with egg sacs. I will not be using this service and do not recommend them. I have called and emailed trying to speak with someone and have yet spoken with anyone.

BRD Pest did not complete pest services as quoted. They only did portion of the yard around base of house, which didn’t include ant mounds along the walkway and driveway. Tech stated that they were only knocking down wasp/hornets nest and not providing prevention treatment. Also certain areas inside of the house was not covered base on lack of insurance.

I’ve read through some post that mirror my experience with this company. They approached my door selling their services. I accepted. I was told after the first treatment they would come out 30 days later, thereafter every two months. after the first treatment I didn’t hear from them until a text from a technician who thought he was talking to another customer. I asked for the company phone number, and he immediately called me to say he would be on his way. This was two months after the first treatment. I never got the 30 day follow up treatment.
