Excellent personnel. Very thorough and explained everything well. I always like when she comes to treat my home for bugs. I HIGHLY recommend her. She represents Berrett Pest Control very well. Celestina Loving is the BEST!! June 20th 2019 Chastity thr receptionist was very nice and helped me out tremendously. She allowed me to voice my complaint and responded accordingly *****. Another 5 star performance from Berrett. 👍 July 9th 2024 The tropical storm (Beryl) put damper on my schedule and routine..Recently I saw on the side of my fencing headed toward the backyard a wasp nest. My water system is on the side of the home so changing and refilling the tank with salt or the attempt at any resetting actions on my water system can come with a headache with a wasp nest 2 to 3 feet away from my water tank. I called Berrett on Saturday prior to the tropical storm and they were closed and someone via text reached out to me to tell me that they were closed and they they would get back with me soon as they are open. Someone got back with me Sunday letting me know they would schedule me for Tuesday. Fast forward, due to the tropical storm Tuesday was a no no due to the storm. Inrevoeved a call telling me that the appointment was canceled for Tuesday. I reached back out to Berrett to reschedule, Gorbachev response via text but at the time was about to begin my jog and could correspond. Berrett took it upon themselves to reschedule my appointment for me without me. This was an AWESOME thing how proactive they are in putting customers first. I am know rescheduled for Wednesday. I reached out to Berrett to confirm and the rep told me it’s confirmed and even asked me if Wednesday was okay. I responded with “Absolutely.” Berrett is a great business and their customer service is what stands out to me compared to other bug companies. Their text feature is something I really love!!!

Update #2: On July 2nd, I found there is a hole in the AC line so I sealed the AC line hole on my own as I just did not want to argue with Berrett anymore. On July 3rd, I got a call from Berrett to discuss my online complaint, I repeated my complaint and mentioned the hole in the AC line. They said that the AC line hole is covered by warranty so they would send a technician to reseal that properly. The technician came the same day and resealed that AC line hole. upgrade from 1 star to 2 star. My main dissatisfaction is the 30-day warranty or service as Berrett should not offer this service when it comes to squirrel excursion. most likely you would need follow-up services after 30 days. Update #1: I called Berrett twice on July-1-2024 before “response from the owner: Thank you for your review,…….. Please call us so we can best assist you”. I was told the same story: my warranty has expired after 30 days. Sadly I am writing this bad review. Hopefully you as a customer can learn something. About 2 months ago, I contacted Berrett for squirrel in the attic. After inspection, I was provided a quote, $xxxx.xx, for: partial exclusion, 30 day trapping program, xx roof return sealed, and one A/C line sealed. I signed the contract. A technician followed up the next day and quickly provided service. the last service was on June-4-2024. I had no complaints so far. This week I noticed the noises from attic again, called Barrett today. I was very disappointed about what I was told: the warranty is for 30 day only so it has expired (today is July-1st, 2024. My first service was on May-18 and the warranty starts at the first service, so it has expired!!!). I can schedule a free inspection and get a quote. I admit that I did not look at the contract very thoroughly because I trust a decent service company would get their work done if I pay a reasonable price. I cannot imagine $XXXX.XX covers only 30 days. I can understand and accept if squirrels come back in a year or something like that, then I need to pay, but certainly not after 30 days. At the end of the call, I was asked if I want to schedule a free inspection. I said no as I do not plan to pay for something that only covers for 30 days. For future customers, do ask if the warranty is what you have in mind.

When I purchased their “unlimited” service last year, I was sold on ability to get services whenever I needed it . It started of well, my technician was professional, would treat the entire house (internally and externally) and would also change traps. Sometime earlier this year, the technician changed and now when I call, it seems like an inconvenience and I hadn’t had my interior sprayed or traps removed in 6 months. I will be canceling my service, I would prefer not to be mansplained to or looked like an inconvenience for a service I pay over $750/year for. Do not recommend.

Rick shows up saying a LIGHT flush was needed behind the stove. He bombed the whole townhouse. We moved no dishes, pets were out and my wife and I work at home. My perception is he did it intentionally as well. We all could have gotten sick Rick. Thanks. They say can’t find the account but they texted me. Lol

**Update #2** Berrett reached out to offer a 50% refund on my mole removal services. I appreciate their willingness to come to a reasonable resolution. Improved from 2 to 3 stars. **Update** Although Berrett placed this comment over 3 weeks ago, they have not contacted me to discuss a resolution. Looks like an effort to show that they are attempting to resolve, but that is not the case. “Response from the owner 3 weeks ago: Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Management is reviewing your account to see how we can best assist you.” First, let me say I have high-expectations of companies I choose to enter into business with. If you say you can complete the job, and the cost is reasonable, and you have set a precedence with a long list of satisfied customers, we can do business. However, I also believe in mission accomplishment, so if you do not complete the job, it is appropriate to either refund the payment, or continue working until the job is complete. I have moles. Berrett said they can clear my moles in (2) treatments. They did not. In their defense, they provided (2) additional follow up treatments. However, I still have moles. The technician advised me to call in to request a refund or stronger treatment, yet the company stated they have done their part, “No Guarantees!” I noticed they did not state the No Guarantees on the day we discussed entering into business. They stated they are only on the sides of my yard, because my neighbor now has moles. But they are on the street side and my driveway side too! I also don’t remember them stating when we set up the transaction, “we will get them to the edges, but we won’t get rid of your moles!” What kind of sense does that make? Bottom line: If you say you will do a job and you accept payment for that job, just DO the job! Hold yourself to a higher standard for goodness sakes!

Previous customer – after being transferred a total of 5 times to schedule a routine service which I pay for monthly, I was told I would have to pay an additional fee. This was different from what I was told when I signed up for the monthly subscription fee. Great company if you don’t need to use their services other than quarterly even though they sell the idea you can request services as needed.
