I was super happy with their service? Came out even though they were booked but let them know that I was disabled and had a wasp nest and could cause me health issues and they immediately came out. They came out and got rid of the wasp nest that I saw also found another one and also got rid of it. I will definitely call them for any extermination that I need!!

Very professional and polite. Luis had to work around my fussy 22 month old and before he was done my son seemed to have a new friend. He explained what he was doing and addressed each area I asked him to and some. Definitely recommend their services.

We recently moved to Galveston and Pests R Us Exterminating quickly added us to their schedule. Terrial was so nice over the phone and Luis came out the very next day. Luis walked around every nook and cranny to make sure he got every spot and clearly explained what was needed for the attic. He later suggested we get a termite inspection and service done which we didn’t realize was separate and thankfully, they came out the very next day. Terrial came along with Luis and they both explained thoroughly what need to be done and why it would be best to the termite service when it’s not raining. Overall, Pests R Us was very professional, super nice, and offer their services at a great price. Glad to have booked such a great company.
