Justin & Truly Nolen did a fantastic job. I had wasps, spiders, and ant hills – they took care of all of it. He was professional, kind, informative, and educated me on the process of how they’ll protect my home from critter all throughout the year. Communication was fast and I can’t praise them enough. If anyone needs pests, critters or bugs gone, these are the guys to take care of it! I thought I only had a few wasp nests but I ended up having 9! They have ladders and went up to difficult places to reach and took care of business. Thank you Justin & Truly Nolen!! 🙌

This is a bad company they cancel your contract for no reason it’s bound to use ano It’s better to use another company I thought this was a good company now I see they are a bad company This company is a very terrible bad company. Do not use this company cause they can close your account anytime if they they want to they don’t care about you. They won’t tell you what the reason why they close your account they won’t do it The manager in the staff at this company is very bad people

Ashley with Truly Nolen is my go to! She is so sweet and full of knowledge. She is always willing to help and treats all my clients amazing which in turn makes me look great too. Ashley was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable!! Came to do a free inspection on the house, went through all of Truly Nolen’s plans and offers, and genuinely cared about her customers. Stayed in communication with constant questions and never felt like I bothered her. Best customer service I ever had!

We have used Truly Nolan for a few other pest issues, which they were sufficient in, however, I would not recommend their services for rodent problems. We hired them 8 months ago to seal our house and eradicate some rats that were living in our walls. It took months, and a few different employees to locate all of the possible entry spots and seal to the best of their ability. During this time, their only method of treatment has been traps placed in mostly the same locations, and employees of different calibers sent to check the traps weekly, sometimes rebaiting. There were many weeks we had to track Ashley down to get someone to come check the traps and rebait. We are rarely alerted as to when someone is coming. Some employees did not rebait, only checked traps, and a few weeks later other employees discovered the bait was moldy, thus unappealing to our rats. During this time, we have had to replace a stove, from a rat that found their way inside the house and decided this was a good place to nest, and call emergency plumbing for a leak in the wall due to rat damage. We have had Dave, the manager, at our house and all he could offer was he’s “baffled.” It is evident that Ashley’s focus is more on selling new services and not your pest problem. I realize there is a high turnover and everyone is strapped for employees, but the majority of the employees sent to maintain traps are not prepared, nor have the knowledge they should when dealing with rodent issues. The exception to this is Alex, who has tried very hard to find all the possible entry points. Had we known then what we know now, Truly Nolen would not have gotten our business. As of today, we are still waiting on Ashley to contact us with a different plan of action while the rats continue to exist within our walls.

Truly Nolan’s the best extermination company by far! Kudos to James who has been serving me in Fort Worth over the last couple of years and he doesn’t disappoint! I had what I call an emergency, and made an appointment and James called me to come a day earlier and took care if me once again! His expertise and commitment to the job is unmatched!! Thanks James! If you have any reservations at all about using Truley Nolen… don’t. Ashley Luttrell was nothing short of incredible. I’ll definitely be recommending her and Truley Nolen in the future.
