I was having a major tick issue . I called Gold Star and they came out the same day and solved my problem!! Very happy with their service. Price was very fair. Service was exceptional. Miguel was our technician and he was helpful & did a great job. I highly recommend

I’d give this place 5 stars for it not for the pricey services; but, each time they treated our yard has been effective. Also, the lady who answers their calls could be considerably more courteous & professional considering the amount of money that is paid for treating the yard, which in our case is over $200 each time we call plus the follow up treatment. Each time I’ve called she speaks like the request for business is a burden. The exterminators I’ve interacted with are courteous & professional.

The reason that they’re as good as they are is because it’s evident that the technicians truly care about us as customers. This shows in their friendliness, curiosity when speaking together, and sincerely making sure that they keep our house pest free.
