I have used this company for 9 years. It is under new management now that Roy has passed away. The gentleman that took over is a fine young man that is always prompt and the lady that runs his office is professional as well. They have never let me down even in the midsts of transition. I highly recommend. Thank you Matt for your years of service.They spray my house quarterly.

I was at work when the guy showed up. The exterminator they sent out to my house was flirting with my wife and even left his number on the business card. Very unprofessional! Well not be using this service again

This place is under new ownership and have already failed. We were under contract for service every 2 months under a different company. The guy servicing us left there to open this place. He told us he was splitting out to continue running Roy’s old company and that he was retaining his clients. Last service was 10/12/21 and we have not heard from him since. Just completely ghosted us. TERRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE first impression. Unfortunately the old place he worked at doesn’t service our area so we are currently without pest control. Do yourself a favor and just GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!! I wouldn’t trust him now.

I paid them up front for a year and they showed up for one treatment and stopped. I called and called but never came back out or returned our calls. Now new owner won’t honor the old contracts. Very bad experience.
