This company can not be trusted. All their employees are thieves. Items in your home will go missing. One of their employees stole my son’s iPhone 15 and later admitted to the owner he stole the phone and the company did not do anything about it. This is not the only case. There are other known cases where their employees steal from their clients home. I suggest if you are seeking a trustworthy company, A-1Pro Termite & Pest Control is NOT The One! They are not trustworthy. If you have an existing contract with this company I suggest you terminate them immediately before they take something valuable from your home.

I will never do business with this company again. The salesperson insisted on selling me two treatments although I had asked for one. After the first treatment, the technician failed to show up to two separate appointments. When I asked for my money back for the missed appointment, the person in the office said it was against policy. Adding insult to injury, I recently received a call from the company asking if I was interested in another treatment. Zero stars. Very poor service

A-1 Pro provided me with a package price to control german roaches that was exceptional. A1 Pro sent me email reminders of the scheduled appointments and a treatment plan to eliminate them. The exterminator showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. The treatments were successful in ridding the pests. Thank you A-1 Pro!
