This company is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They claim to have a 15 month guarantee, however, this is absolutely not true. After working with us for 6 months, they decided to stop our service until we start paying them a monthly fee. I’ve sent repeated text messages, emails and voice mails to discuss the situation and no one will respond so I’m left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback on my credit card. Avoid this company at all costs!

I was beyond impressed with Critter ONE and with Ethan, who came out to do the initial inspection and every follow-up, thereafter. Always communicative, on-time, and made a point to explain everything being done, the options, and costs involved. Weather set-back some installation (not their fault in any way) and Ethan was quick to contact me the morning of the weather issues to reschedule for a safer-day weatherwise, very quickly. I checked around with a few companies and Critter ONE was by far the best for services, quality and competitive pricing- well worth the value. I never once felt like ‘just another address on a long list’ as I have with many other services needed over the years- Ethan was genuine, throughout, and I always felt he had my best interest in-mind. I’m glad as well for their lengthy 15-month guarantee on the work done. Can’t say enough praise for them, their work and their ethics.

Had rats in my attic with this weather change. Critter one was quick to respond, showed me what they were going to do before they performed the work and finished in a timely manner. Very happy with the experience.

I called Critter One because I was hearing noises in my attic. Ethan came an hour later and found feces in my attic which turned out to be from a ringtail cat! The very same day he had a crew come out to seal the entry points and set traps. The next day we had the ringtail in the trap and the noises were gone! Now I have a guarantee that nothing will get back in! Thank you Critter One!

Had Ethan out for a rat issue in my attic. Him and his crew sealed up the entry points and trapped the rats. They also disinfected the attic and removed the feces!

We had an armadillo tearing up our yard so we called critter one. Ethan came out with a specialized trap for armadillos and caught two in less than a week. Call these guys if you have any wildlife issues!

Called critter one because I heard noises in my attic. Ethan came out and found raccoon prints on the A/C ducts. His crew came out the next day and sealed entry points and got the raccoon out. Awesome company!
