Yard Builders 9 months agoTravis Murrell of Yard Builders is now operating under Milliken Builders (per Facebook posts). I signed a contract with him when he was operating under yard builders on 8/22/22 for 2 projects at my residence. His crew didn’t start until January 2023, which they didn’t finish. He agreed to refund us over $13,000 and he still has not refunded the money and he only answers the phone when we call from someone else’s number. The second project was never started.

Bizzidot Home Improvement 3 years agoWork was initially stated that it would be done before Christmas(2020). Then it was after the 1st of the year. It is now June 2021 and work is still not complete. We had hardwood flooring lain in our bedroom, dining and kitchen rooms. Granite peninsula was cut off and repositioned and a $1100 custom cabinet made. The floor has a couple of spots that are raised, granite seam and bevel has yet to be completed, trim is missing. No call/No shows without communication gets worse with time. There was a 7 week period no work could be done due to my wife and I having Covid-19 so I cannot complain about that time frame. The Granite company said they could not complete their part till the granite was releveled, attached is a photo of the unsecured piece of wood that was used to level the granite. At this point if I could give zero stars I would.
