Charged my card an additional time without authorization. PCI-DSS compliance regulations regarding storing PCI data was violated. We should be all awarded damages. Do not trust them with your payments. Scam. Edit: After four days and five hours of phone calls between Axiom and my card company, the money is restored by accounting. Please be cautious with who takes your credit card information. Ask for contracts and receipts. You cannot take a salesman’s word anymore.

I would not trust them with your payment information. Today they charged my card without authorization for $438 after I reluctantly agreed to pay for one $90 service many months ago. Taking money out of someone’s account is fraud, keeping customer’s credit card information on file without authorization is a violation of my PCI (Payment Card Industry)-(Data Security Standard) rights. The company should be at least put on a Hall of Shame for this abuse of customer trust with credit card information. I do not know how anyone could continue using them without a swift apology and compensation for my trouble since the time I lost to this is very valuable to others. I will update you if I am satisfied with their remedy.

I highly recommend this company for any pest control needs. They are extremely thorough and go above and beyond the typical exterior and interior spray that most competitors offer. Also they’re great at explaining each step of the process as they work their way through the house. Axiom Eco-Pest Control is has very knowledgeable staff, great customer service, and for all of the services bundled together is well worth the price.

This review is my opinion alone based on my honest experience with Axiom Eco-Pest Control in Nashville, TN: I have not actually used their pest control services yet, I’ve merely interacted countless times with the sales reps employed by a third party company called GRIT that come door to door trying to push you into signing up immediately. It doesn’t matter which rep shows up but it’s the same pushy, dishonest sales pitch script every time – almost verbatim. Their deal is to sign you up immediately to a 18 month contract and if you cancel before that time then you pay a high cancellation fee. They start the price on the initial treatment very high, then continuously drop it until it’s free or you say yes whichever comes first. This is my honest opinion here, read the other reviews…there are many, many reviews that say the same. The young guy today flat out lied and told me he was the general manager of Axiom while wearing a GRIT shirt!! I’ve asked a few of my neighbors that have actually used Axiom’s service in the past and there is mixed reviews on their actual quality of work of pest control service on site. Though using logic, if there service was the high quality that they claim it to be, they wouldn’t have to rely on these sketchy sales tactics to pressure you to buy and lock you in to a long term contract. That’s the lowest form of sales…so merely for these reasons I would never use their services, and furthermore I would gladly pay another company more for these services that had a higher standard of business practices.
