Diane was the most friendly person I have spoken to. She has an amazing phone voice and explained the services very well. She was seemed like she was genuinely interested in what my issues was. I would give her a 10/10 .

I have had this company as my pest control service for years. I had a quarterly service done mid April but still had issues with spiders. It is their policy that they will come back out if their product isn’t working at anytime in the quarter. I called and made an appt to retreat. I had to wait a week and a half but I live far out so that’s normal. What I can’t believe is they charged me for the return visit since I have my credit card on file with them. When I called the office to correct this, I was told they were leaving a message with accounting to call me back. No call. Emailed a couple times throughout the week. No reply. I was left with no other option but to file a dispute with Amex. Hopefully they can get an answer out of these people. It’s very unfortunate that they would treat a customer with years of history with them. I would advise you to think twice about using this company.

I don’t know what happened to this once great company. I have spoken to the manager of all of these concerns in the reviews and I still feel like Ameri Care does more harm than good. They have poor communication and charge people without any explanation for checkups that they are supposed to provide. I told them I was having more issues and they said it sounds like everything is fine. They blamed technicians not showing up on dispatch workers that they let go. I told them that their technicians keep leaving my crawlspace open when they have no reason to go under there. And now I believe I have a mouse infestation. I would not let Ameri Care look at this issue because I don’t need any new issues in my life. This year has been horrible with this company. Last year was great. I don’t know what happened.

Mike Billings came out to provide an exterior service for us. He took down all the cobwebs around the house and even went as far as helping us put a baby bird back into the nest he fell out of. Thanks Mike.

Travis came today and treated our property. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond. He’s so personable and courteous. He came early (after calling me first to see if it was ok). He enjoys his job and it shows by the great job he does. The world could use a lot more guys like Travis. Thanks Travis! 04/15/2024 This is 4 years later and I want to give credit to Michael Billings who came to do our quarterly service yesterday. He also went above and beyond. I’ve been satisfied with all the techs that come out to do our service, but sometimes one of them stands out. Michael is definitely one of them. Thank you Michael!

Technicians were always extremely nice however on two separate occasions in the past year I took off work to be home for their services and they never showed up or called me to notify me nobody would be there. We are changing to a different company for now. As for the bug prevention, I think their services did a decent job.

I had a bad experience previously with Black Diamond Pest Control. Under new management, they reached out to me concerned about my review, and sent out a technician to correct the work. Such good customer service. I wish more companies followed their model. Thanks to MJ and Drake!

Before I made the deal, I told Americare that I needed a paper receipt at the end. It was really really hard to get a paper receipt. I called multiple times and left message after message. They did not call me back. I had to keep calling. I finally got it, but it’s was hard to get. At the end of theif encapsulation service , you have to hire an electrician. I was never told that until the end to hire one. I called the man they recommended and he has not been out there and it has been about 6 weeks. Robert was good to answer questions and they did the job. But they don’t answer the phone or call you back.
