Justin is the best! Very hospitable. He takes care of my parents when he is there and is very patient and kind to them. They tell me he is very helpful and knowledgeable of his job. We have not had any more pest issues with their house once Justin started coming and that was almost 6 years ago. Especially the yearly ants are gone!!! I hope he continues to do well with the company and stays here. I feel safe with him in my parent’s home and know we are getting our money’s worth in these trying times.

This is a great family owned company that takes its job of protecting your home or business from unwanted intruders very seriously! I was unaware of how great of a company that James Pest Management is until I began working for them and was able to see first hand how serious and commited that each and every one of the technicians who treat your home take their jobs. I absolutely would not feel comfortable owning a home or business without also employing James Pest Management to maintain the pest issues that undoubtedly come along with being a property owner or renter in the south. I have never seen a company so dedicated to great customer service and satisfaction!

When they come, service is outstanding. I do live a bit out of the way in the country but they make the drive. Had a spider and wasp problem that’s totally gone now. 👍 tell them of your pest problems before when you make appointment. They do yearly termite treatment also. I’m Very pleased 👍 …

Hello everyone we tried to cancel our appointment due to issues and a very rude unprofessional lady Shawna Robert’s sent my wife a very disrespectful e mail saying we can’t cancel or reschedule that there coming out there that there’s nothing we can do about it we don’t owe them we paid cash every time asked to see a contract that we supposedly signed n only response from her in all CAPS is we have no choice don’t go there there is plenty other people Shawna Robert’s is very disrespectful an unprofessional telling my wife that someone needs to do something about her I will be contacting the BBB and forwarding them the disrespectful e mail that we received she needs to learn that u can’t make us be in town if we are not going to be and we do have cameras to see if they claim they came by and also have a dog in the back yard so u might want to think twice Shawna Robert’s needs to learn how to deal with customers…,.,

I am a very proud (and giddy) first time owner of a beautiful home and wanted to make sure it stays pest free. James Pest came highly recommended and now I personally see why. Each and every interaction I had from scheduling time, to the sales rep coming to do the initial walk through, and the technician coming for the first spray went above my expectations. I wanted to give a huge shout out to ROBERT, the technician. Of course, being a new home owner I had SO many questions and ROBERT took the time to answer all of them and explained everything that was going to take place on my first spray. It didn’t feel like he was in a rush to get to the next house and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you so much ROBERT for your excellent customer service to me and you guys have gained a new customer with me!
