Had been with Cooks since 2015 at multiple homes and service started out great. The techs were awesome and extremely knowledgeable. The business itself is flawed and ethically questionable. Services are not reviewed prior to charging and they forged my name on nearly all of the services done. There are plenty of reputable pest control companies in our area. Suggest you look elsewhere.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have you believing you are paying for and getting a particular service and there is other language written in the contract. I paid hundreds for termite installation and was told that if I cancel the services after the contracts ends they will come and pull up the termite stations because I am only renting them. I paid hundreds for them to tell me that I am renting the termite stations. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Also, I paid for annual home extermination and have to call several times after treatment because whatever product is used never resolves the issues and it takes multiple treatments before the issue is resolved. I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone.
