When I had my Russell’s service, it was a very difficult circumstance as my husband had been admitted to the hospital for open heart surgery. They worked with me to get everything handled well before he got to come home. Cody Miller is an amazing guy. He’s smart and he listened and answered all of my questions. Thanks so much!

After the service tec had a confrontation with my wife, they decided they did not want to do business with us. Must be nice to be able to be rude, blame it on the customer and tell them you don’t want their business. My neighbor heard him screaming profanities about the B…. and C… inside the house. Only she and the cameras and her son know how rude he was. Just pretended like she didn’t exist. Would not acknowledge her. Then spit out have a great day! He was angry!!!!!

Here’s the short story. Called them for Carpenter bee control and they sent a sales guy out late winter who looked at the house (log cabin) and said they could do it. I emphasized that the whole house needed to be treated. Not an issue according to the sales guy. The tech showed up for the first treatment last week. I emphasized once again the need to treat the entire house. Once again not an issue according to the tech. After the treatment there was no reduction of bee activity. I contacted them to relay that information and they then stated that they couldn’t do the upper story of the house, which is where the overwhelming majority of the bee activity is. They did apologize and offer me a refund (I’ll add to this comment if no refund is granted), but of course the problem now is trying to get someone who can actually perform this service lined up at the peak of bee season. I must conclude that either incompetence or dishonesty caused them to represent themselves as capable of performing this service all the way through the initial treatment process. I obviously won’t use this company again. (Not sure why I have to give them one star to post…)

I think that its unprofessional of a technicians to not call ahead before showing up at your door, at the very last minute are texting past business hours saying that they have to reschedule because of family matters, unprofessional. For me, It was a endless excuses. I wouldn’t recommend them in good conoius.
