First impressions mean everything to me. I called Massey. Jessica immediately called me. She set up time for next day at 4:00pm. She pulled in my driveway at 4pm on the dot. Perfect person to be first person to meet and represent Massey Pest Control. She was able to set up service the next morning. Techs arrived on time and completed a very thorough service. Great guys. All 3 were very personable and professional.

Jessica came by today with a service offer I could not say no to! She was knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly A LOVING HUMAN BEING. There’s not enough of that going around! The wonderful General Manager Rob came with her, but we didn’t need much from him except his friendliness and his knowledge! These two made my day. Thank you Massey for being a wonderful organization!

I have been using Massey Services for a while now and am completely satisfied with the service given to me and my family. They are a very reliable company. Recently I saw ants in my kitchen. I called Michael Reynolds and he was in my home within 30 minutes and took care of everything. He is very courteous and professional in every way. Thanks Michael for always taking care of us. I believe her name was Jessica. She done our termite inspection today. I would like to thank her for her professionalism and courtesy. Even though she was here for a termite inspection; she noticed carpenter bees/ beetles on our front porch. She immediately notified the company and handled the problem. This is how a service should treat their customers. I’m happy to pay for a service when I feel the service/product is done to satisfaction. Again, thank you Jessica for your professionalism. First spoke to Rob in the office. He had someone to our home in 45 minutes! Her name was Jessica and she’s amazing. She explained everything including prices. Inspected our home for pests and termites. She even went in the attic. So sweet and so polite. Our technician was Michael. He was on time and explained everything he was going to do. He was also very personable and polite. I feel we’re in good hands with this company because they hire great people!

Massey has kept both of our properties pest free for a while now, and we recently had them out for a termite inspection and to install a termite prevention system. Rob and Jessica were professional, courteous, and friendly. The prices seem reasonable and the services are high quality. It’s obvious that this branch of Massey has a lot of pride in what they do, and the peace of mind they provide is very much appreciated.
