The technicians are good but the company is horrible. They will steal your money from your account without you authorizing and make up an excuse of how they are not able to refund it back. I was suppose to be switched to monthly payments in July 2023 and was charged for a quarterly payment twice one for July and August for which I was only refunded for one payment for August and not the other (which took weeks to get although being told the manager would reach out to me whom never did) if I wouldn’t have kept calling I believe I probably wouldn’t have got that refund. I cancelled my account and had only had a technician come out once in July even though they drafted a quarterly payment. If you are drafted for a quarterly payment that means a quarterly payment worth of services not just one day. I asked to have this prorated since my account was suppose to be on monthly payments anyways and I only received one service and was told Terminix will not be able to refund my money. This is STEALING at its finest. I am still waiting on a call from the manager/supervisor.

Was not pleased with them at all. I had to call and cancel my service. Since then they have tried calling me everyday and sent me multiple texts of deals they have going on. Maybe if they were that efficient during the time I had the service I wouldn’t have cancelled.

I am going to start a blog about this place. They made me an estimate of what they were going to do at my house, there were things that I told them not to do because I did not need it , so in first place I was told a lie by the person who came and took pictures of a hole that did not existed on my attic, and he just mentioned so he could charge me more. and I believed him. that was the first thing. now the manager of the branch is telling me all the time the same thing, that he is waiting on I dont know who to approve the adjustment on my payment , how come he is waiting on three different persons, and they put me into this financing plan I told them I did not want it, they look as a person that was just desperate and took advantage of. I am still waiting for this manager to call and take the payment but it is been weeks already, so I think they want to take my money only without having to do the job at my house. they only caulk, and I have pictures of my attic after the job, it was nasty, and I even asked if they were going to cover what I have there or if I have to take it down, they said no , they will take care of it. results are terrible, and pictures I have will confirm. also will confirm that they did not install the board between units and still waiting for them to make the adjustments, so I can cancel all that.

Absolutely awful service. They just take your money and never show up when you need them. They canceled on me twice on me multiple times and took them months to fix the problem
