NEW FEMALE “CO-OWNER” is very rude and has a very bad customer service relationship. The claim they were going to come out on a certain day and never called back or showed up. The original owner THE FATHER was more business oriented than his daughter. All she’s doing is running the company into the ground.

Please for the love of your home, DON’T USE THE COMPANY!!! No matter if you’re a buyer or seller of your home, stay clear from this company. We had FOUR other professional companies with great reviews look over our crawl space including inspectors and no termites were determined. This company comes along, with the request of the buyer at the end of our sale and all of a sudden they apparently see live termites. We had to then provide the buyer with the FOUR other letters from previous home inspections that stated that there was absolutely no termites. When they come back out the next day unexpected to say they left some equipment in our crawl space and want to give us quotes on their treatment, they of course want to let us know their price on treatment. My husband asked to go into the crawl space with her to see the live termites and of course nothing was there. She kept trying to put to some mud on the ground. We had another company that is well known with great reviews to come back out to look and they couldn’t see absolutely ANYTHING. NOTHING WAS THERE! They felt bad having to charge us to treat our home and we were told it was pointless to treat because there is absolutely no signs of live termites. We HAD to do it at that point at the buyers request. It almost cost the buyers their sale of their dream home and cost us close. We had to spend thousand to treat for what the other company said was pointless just to please the buyers. Completely pointless because the owners daughter of this company thinks she knows what she doing and wouldn’t budge even with us showing her four other letters of the house being clear and asking her to take us down and show us! The buyers were scared thinking we had termites and almost backed out of the sale until we got other letters from other true companies saying we didn’t have termites. Just stay clear of this company!! The will ruin you buying your home as a buyer and definitely cost you thousands as a seller. Hope that this review saves someone in the future. I hope this review and warning was worth you trying to scam someone. There is a reason this company has a 3 star review. Which is shocking it even has that many. Go somewhere else. If you’re a buyer, don’t waste your money for an inspection. If you’re a seller… put it in your contract to not even accept an inspection from them. It’s such a waste of time! Also, their treatment that they offer is well over what any reputable termite treatment would ever cost. Absolutely ridiculous! SCAM!!!

I would not recommend anybody to use this pest control company at all.they was supposed to come out and never did show up or call to let use know anything,I had to call them and they said the man had a emergency call and I will call u back to let u know when they r coming out,wenever did here from them so my husband called and they still couldn’t tell him anything either.who ever is running this company now is running this business down.They r very rude and unprofessional.

They was scheduled to come out to our house and spray never showed up or called to let us know they was not coming.Called them to find out what’s going on said they had a staffing problem and they would call me back to let me know when they could come out and spray. Been two weeks have not heard from them.

First of all these people are located in Westmoreland and not Gallatin TN. They are not flexible outside of the 9-5 in terms of making an appointment. The last appointment I had made to be at 5pm(after work.) The Technician gave me a sob story about how they don’t run this late and I needed to either leave my key or have someone else in the home while I’m at work…..OK no thanks, I did not call to reschedule. Great flexibility on their part. Then with no contact for two months I randomly get a receipt on my door for a service! What service? only outside? No contact to me, the owner about the appointment? My last appointment was 5pm and now they are going to my original time at 9AM? Thanks for letting me know! Absolutely unorganized and unprofessional. They charged my credit card I DID NOT AUTHORIZE and REFUSE to refund. They claim it was in the “contract” I signed. I never even gave them my credit card until after the first service call.. Complete BS and they’d rather keep the 45$ than make a customer shut up. So here I am leaving this review, I will be telling everyone in my community not to use the service and contacting the BBB. ***BEWARE THEY DO NOT GUARANTEES****
