We have been using Phoenix for years to keep our house in the woods pest free. (Mice, ants, cockroaches, wasps, you name it!) So happy and relieved to have Aaron & Bryan come out quarterly and anytime we have a little surprise visitor. They take their time to thoughtfully inspect and treat our property. They patiently and insightfully answer all of my questions, leaving us smarter each time. Aaron is one of those business owners that you can tell cares a lot about doing great work and taking care of his customers. We are so thankful we have Phoenix!

Wow! I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever been so impressed with a business’ customer service. We called Aaron out after finding a bed bug. He gave us a ton of information, gave us various options on how to proceed (which included less profit for him), and had exceptional and fast communication. If you ever need help, call Aaron! He is honest, and will solve your problem!

We had fire ants…lots! After watching the YouTube video Phoenix made (that several people recommended), we realized we did everything wrong!!! Called Phoenix… they came out the following week and explained everything. Gave us an estimate same day! Brian came out and did our entire yard. These guys are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and professional. They guarantee for a whole year. We highly highly recommend this company!!!

We were very impressed with Aaron and Brian for all their great effort! Aaron gave a very clear explanation of his company’s goals for our particular problems. Then Brian devoted a lot of time during the initial inspection and treatment of our bug/critter problems. Thank you both so much and we look forward to dealing with Phoenix in the future!!
