Good service with previously monikered Spencer Pest Control. They were bought out by Rocket. There were some issues during the transition and we had moved recently and it was a mess. I spoke with several people from Rocket and was finally able to get through to Isabell. She was awesome, made an otherwise annoyance a nice experience. She was very upbeat, positive and extremely helpful. Was able to return my service easily and pain free. The technicians were always very polite and respectful of property. I assume Rocket will be the same since employees shouldn’t have changed.
