We’ve had Evergreen for almost two years now & love them. They solve every question I call about & the technicians are always polite and thorough. I’ve never regretting signing up with them! We get free retreatments in between services & today Antonio did such a superb job I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Extremely poor performance, and customer service. I called the office and spoke with the account manager. I told her we suffered an extreme financial situation. My 94 year old mother has been diagnosed with lung cancer in both lungs. I have to go to NY and take care of her. We do not have the money for this service any longer. I was quoted policy regarding holding us to the agreement. This was told to me over and over several times. We anticipated my Mom needing help and talked to a wonderful person back in January. She dropped our payment to $40 a month. She stated back then that she could have went to $20 a month but we would lose the reapply. I’m really unhappy, we don’t have the money to buy out of the contract. I guess that’s what I get for believing the door to door salesman. Stuck with a 24 month contract. I received a call from the Manager, all was resolved to our satisfaction. Thanks so much.

Absolutely do not recommend to use this company. By far, the worst customer service overall and the sales people are so pushy not transparency about the services and contracts instead they lock you in and when you tried to cancel, they want to charge you over $300 and claiming it’s a two-year contract when the sales guy said it was 12 months in the beginning. They lie to you whatever they have to do just to make a sale and earn a commission. Please stay away from this company very dishonest ppl and the owner should be ashamed of this type of service. They come knock at your door past 8/9pm when ppl could be already sleeping because they have to wake up early for work. Be Cautious about this company they’re scamming so much people !!

Dont sign the contract. You pay $70 a month for two years. Did not know that if you cancelled before two years are up you have to pay $300.00. i was not aware that you cannot cancel at any time without an expense fee.
