These guys are great! I spoke with Kris about the spiders and ants at my house and he presented solutions to the issues rather than trying to “sell” me on the service. I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision and I look forward to their service. EDIT: We have had two services with Ecoshield since the original review. We are so glad we hired them when we did because they found pest issues we didn’t know we had! Michael did our service this month. He was cordial and focused on helping with our specific pest issues. Their text message reminders are helpful, and if you respond back to the message you can add technician notes and request a re-service if a new problem arises. We had not placed rodent boxes during our first service and then had a rat surprise us in the middle of the night a month later. I texted Ecoshield after hours and they were out the next day with rat traps. Thank you, Ecoshield!

These guys go door to door in my neighborhood and are relentless. I have a No Soliciting sign on my door and they completely ignore it. They’ve been around several times. Earlier this week, they came mid morning and knocked (dogs barked), I ignored it, they knocked again (more barking), I ignored it, and then they came in the evening and knocked (more barking), I ignored it, then they knocked again (more barking) and I finally opened the door. I work from home and this was really disruptive. They told me that “all of my neighbors have hired them because of the rats”. I tried to explain what No Soliciting met and asked them not to return. I did check with neighbors…no rats and no hiring of this company.

First impression is great! We’ve had Points Pest for many years and have been happy with them, but after Deandre completed his first service I realized how much was being missed. All of the old cobwebs are gone, sprinkled flea and tick repellent in the yard for our dogs, and he was very nice and professional. So far I’m impressed! Looking forward to our next service.

Braysen and Dominic were great to work with. Friendly, professional and provided great service. A neighbor has used Ecoshield for years so I felt even more comfortable giving them my business. A pet friendly pest control was my number one concern and this checked that box and more.

Just signed up with this company. First service. Deandre our tech did a really great job and we very much appreciated how thorough he was. He took the time to do the job right and did not rush or cut corners like many other company techs do. We have used multiple pest control companies previously. Ecoshield did great. So far so good. I dealt with Colton, as the sales rep and he was informative and friendly, Adam did the first service and did a great job on the front of the house, but I wasn’t available to unlock the gate to the backyard, so DeAndre came by later to take care of the backyard for me. Everyone I have interacted with has been polite, friendly, and professional. For everything they take care of, it’s well worth the price for the quarterly service. I am quite pleased with EcoShield.

Had a tech out the day after service was established. Followed through will all the services/products we were told about at our first meeting like granulating the yard for fleas/ticks unlike our previous pest people. Both Alex and Deandre were courteous and professional. Deandre was quick and thorough with our service, answered my 3 year old’s questions and was sure to follow up before he left. Happy to have them protecting our home!
