Rob was fantastic – punctual, friendly, and professional. In our case, the first treatment reduced but didn’t completely eliminate the bee activity in our bedroom wall. He came back for a second treatment cheerfully, and without questions. The bees are now gone.

AMAZING! I called Bee Control NW and talked to Kelly. What an amazing experience. I shopped around for prices for wasp removal and the cheapest I found was $200 and pressure to sign up for the continued service. Kelly really took the time to talk me through wasps and their behavior. He empowered me to take care of the situation myself and didn’t try to sell me anything. He walked me through the process of removing the nests, which was incredibly easy. I really appreciated his honesty and the time he took to talk to me. Right after getting off the phone with him I went outside and did what he suggested. I no longer have any wasps nests and did not feel in harms way at all while removing them. If I ever need pest control in the future this is who I’m calling. Kelly’s honesty has made a loyal customer out of me.
