We moved into older home that had been empty for quite some time. We discovered rats in the basement and attic. We called Action based on reviews and the service we received was excellent. Justin explained their process, timeline and fees (all reasonable). He sent Skyler to provide weekly and bi-weekly inspections until the population was eliminated by traps and entry points sealed up. Always professional and timely. Skyler explained everything each step of the way so we knew what to expect. He estimated the size of population we were dealing with and approximate time it would take to resolve. It took about a month with routine checks. All evidence of rat droppings and noises are gone. We hope we don’t have a rat problem in the future but if needed Action Pest Control will be our first call.
