Hade a similar experience as one of the previous posters. The tech came out and laid a couple of traps, but never returned to check anything. He finally came back about a month later to remove the traps. Never got a single mole. He told us “they must have gone back up into the woods.” Felt cheated. Not recommended.

Call about thier traps never being removed [about a year aho] and starting service again, plus possible other needs. “Office Mgr.” Rebecca rambles on in a nonsensical way, not listening to a word I said… then tells me not to talk to her that way when I try to inteject… to get them TO REMOVE TRAPS THEY SIMPKY LEFT BEHIND MONTHS AGO. I tell her she’s yelling at me while I sitting here with Pnuemonia. In one ear, out the other. Owner calls, “Dave”. Blames his “tech”. His business fails. It’s his technicians fault. Yikes. Completely dillusional biz operators. NOTHING guaranteed here. Paid upwards of $1500. Never a single mole removed nor killed either.

Not quite sure where the negative review is coming from but I strongly disagree with that one-star review. I first used Guaranteed in 2014. We had a terrible problem with sugar ants, tapinoma sessile, that we’d been fighting for nearly ten years. There’s a huge colony, apparently, with probably thousands of queens, that lives under the neighborhood, and these ants are a constant problem. No matter how many pest services we used, or what bug sprays, home remedies, terro sugar baits, whatever, these stinky little ants (that BITE) would be back within the month, sometimes so thick they literally garlanded the walls of the bathroom. I found them nesting in warm spots, such as a computer server or my coffee machine–horrible. A family friend told me to call Guaranteed, that they would do a fabulous job. They did. Their technician was friendly and courteous, listened to my concerns about pets and beneficial bugs, and recommended a course of treatment. He warned that the ants would seem to proliferate for a week or so, then would eventually disappear. He was right. His team drilled the outer walls of the foundation, inserted baits or something, and sprayed. Two weeks later, the ants were completely gone. They’ve returned a couple of times in small numbers, I’ve called Guaranteed immediately, and they’ve resolved the problem immediately. My pets have never been affected. This week I’ve seen those blasted ants again in two places, so it appears they’re starting to swarm. You can bet I’m calling Guaranteed.
