We have used Arrow’s services for a couple of years. This year we were unhappy with services because we saw ants after our one time spray and when we called to ask them what they could do for us we were told that one time services weren’t guaranteed (even though they cost the equivalent of three quarters worth of services). We were also told that if we didn’t sign up for quarterly services they didn’t want us to call them if we continued to have problems. It would not have been difficult to come and just respray since we already paid but they refused. They didn’t seem to care about years of loyalty or taking care of the issue. Don’t use this company unless you want to sign up for a quarterly subscription.

Would never purchase any product due to attitude of rude guy over operations I spoke with……..Before this person I loved everyone there they went out of there way they were so very kind and never laughed at me that’s for sure… TOTALLY SHOCKED!!!!!!

Never had any issues with bugs with this company. Switched to Romex to try for a bit and I’ve had spiders, wasps and Ear wicks around my house more since I switched. Use this company instead. Worth it!

UPDATE: This is no longer a local business, they have been acquired by a conglomerate. Their customer service has suffered because of it. I still use their services but the quality of customer support when you call in has fallen drastically — you can still get ahold of people but they can never do anything because of all the bizarre policies. We have received a monthly treatment for bugs for six months now. Since starting their service we have not seen any bugs in our home, while the desired insects in our flower beds and garden seem to be fine. Their staff arrive on time and are polite in all interactions. The pricing seems very reasonable, and we’ve never had any complaints about the quality of their work. They did recently send out a later stating they had been acquired by another business. I will update my review if any of the above changes.

Steve is always helpful, informative, and on time. A year ago he spent a lot of time resolving a difficult ant problem in the kitchen.
