As first time home buyers looking to make our space feel like home, a mice infestation was the last thing we wanted on our hands. After two weeks into our new home, we noticed mice droppings in the kitchen as well as some gnawed-on hamburger buns. To say we were disturbed was an understatement. we immediately called multiple pest control services to compare quotes (and, quite frankly, customer service). The larger businesses all rudely pushed/shamed us to get on a monthly plan and yet couldn’t tell us what actions they’d take to remedy our situation. Other smaller businesses had subpar customer service over the phone. Eddie, on the other hand, was so patient and gracious answering the million questions we fired off and provided great detail into the approach he’d take to rid us of those crusty mice. We were able to schedule with him the very next day for a free inspection (all other businesses only offered inspections ranging from $85 and up), where he was quickly able to assess the level of damage to our home. After agreeing to his modest quote, Eddie got to work right away and placed bait boxes inconspicuously across our home. Most boxes are entirely out of sight (no fear of future embarrassment when folks come over!). Eddie’s knowledge and expertise made us feel we were truly in the best hands that the Columbus area could offer. Plus, we chatted for quite some time and he was a joy to have in our home. It’s been about a week and we have yet to see even a single mouse dropping since the bait boxes were placed. We feel comfortable that our issue has been resolved, however, should we have any issues arise again in the coming weeks/months, Eddie’s guarantee provides us peace of mind that we won’t be throwing additional hundreds down a money pit. We had Eddie from Jenkins Pest Control come out to assess our attic for for suspected mice. From the first call back from him we felt we were in reliable and knowledgeable hands. The thing that’s so wonderful about Eddie right off the bat is his genuine and friendly demeanor. During the call we made arrangements for him to come out a couple days later. The day of the appointment he called to let us know when he was on the way and he showed up promptly. He introduced himself, again making a great impression with his warm personality, and got right to work confidently evaluating the situation. He was very down to earth and resourceful, and gave his opinion to us straight: we have a pretty high-level mouse infestation in our attic. He presented us with a plan of action, and after chatting for some time (he was very patient answering all our questions thoroughly), we decided to drop the Eddie Bomb on our problem and let him handle this situation for us. He got to work right away. His work came with an unbelievably great guarantee, which also instilled much confidence that we did indeed choose the right company and man for the job. Eddie is a really great person and is passionate about what he does. He brings a lot to the table as he has decades of experience to handle pest control problems, and also provides outstanding customer service along with it. It’s been a good few days now without sounds of scratching. Of course I hope we never need to use pest control services again, but that said, we actually look forward to calling up Eddie should the need arise! Just a quick edit to update: We had Eddie come back out to treat for some pavement ants that started showing up in our bathroom and around our toilet. He again was AWESOME to work with. If we could, we would give more than 5 stars. He’s so professional and a great a guy!

Jenkins Pest Solutions is everything advertised – SOLUTIONS. The first time I had Eddie of Jenkins Pest Solutions out it was to eradicate mice that (seemed to be everywhere). He is so knowledgable about the habits of these pests and was able to cover all of the ways mice could gain entry. He 100% solved the problem. I am happy to have found an honest and reliable, trusted service provider. I recommend Jenkins without reservation.

Called one morning and by end of the same day the very kind, professional owner called me back. He very quickly triaged our situation in a few minutes with through provoking questions and we found a date/time to have him come out to the house for a quote. He called about 30 min out from our designated window (2 hours tops) and again, he was very professional and mindful of how he carefully assessed our situation. He helped us out and took care of the problem immediately. I felt safe with him in our home and sincerely appreciated his professional expertise. Listen – hire an expert and PLEASE help support a local business. Eddie is good people and I’m thrilled we found him via his google reviews and made the call. Couldn’t be happier. Eddie is great to work with! He’s honest, fairly priced and doesn’t try to add on unnecessary things. I’m so glad I used him because the other company I had was trying to overcharge and add on things on that didn’t need to be done.

I really hate to write this review. I choose Jenkins because it had a 5 star rating over 85 reviews. I haven’t need to use a Pest Control service until I had an ant problem that I could not solve. I called on Friday at 10:15am and left a message and again on Monday at 9:05am. I have not received a call back from either call. The voicemail message said that it was Jenkins Pest Control. Not sure of why there was not call back. It appears that they comment on their reviews. I will keep watching to see what they say.

My wife and I cannot thank Eddie from Jenkins Pest Solutions enough! He is a truly genuine, hard working man and he will have business with us for as long as we’re in Ohio! He walked me through everything he was doing during the inspection, gave me superb information, and discussed everything involved. Amazing company and I will recommend him to everyone I know.
