Horrible service. Please read! I called and spoke to Matt to come out to remove a hornet nest. I advised the nest had already been sprayed twice, and just needed removed. He said he could remove it but if it needed sprayed again then he’d do that and then come back and remove it. I was very specific I was terrified to remove the nest and just wanted it gone. So he shows up the next morning about 7am, and sprays around my ENTIRE house and 2 random nest that had been vacant dead nest for years, BEFORE even knocking on my door!!! Who comes onto someone’s property, performs work that WASN’T asked for, without speaking with the home owner first??!!? No quote, no permission, just shows up and does whatever he wants. Then, he knocks and my 16yr old answers and shows him the nest we needed removed and when I come out there he starts spraying it. He then advises me in a week to just use a Power washer to remove it. THE ENTIRE reason I called him was to REMOVE THE NEST. I could have sprayed it once more and removed it already if that was what I wanted to do!!! I didn’t want to as I’m terrified which is why I called him! He didn’t offer to come back and remove it, like he said he would on the call the day prior. He charged me 225 dollars and literally didn’t even do what I called him to do. I’ve never in my life have had someone not only do work without permission, but do the work before even giving me a quote. Absolutely ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COST. My guess is he took advantage of me because I am a women and he should be ashamed. Extremely unprofessional. And now the outside of my house is all sprayed with poison and I have animals who go outside!!
