Charles came to the rescue yesterday. We are having a bad time with ants and spiders. He took time to explain everything he was doing and what he was using. His easy going personally and friendly approach made for a wonderful experience.

Charles was great!! Timely, knowledgeable, friendly guy! He was really great at explaining everything to us, not only did he do our installation, but he also explained what each piece of equipment installed does, and how it works. This company was hired to do pest control for a low-income housing property for senior citizens. I spoke to the manager today to question how they treat for bed bugs. They do 4 chemical treatments; with no guarantee that it will work unless there is a human left in the home to draw out the bugs. This is ridiculous. Who would stay in a building infested with bugs if they did not have to. The manager said that the only positive way to get rid of bed bugs was by fumigating. They don’t do that option though because they do not hold the licenses to do it. If you cannot do the job correctly, then do not market it as a service. This is real people who your company is dealing with. Quite stealing money. Do not offer a job, that you cannot back up.

These guys are awesome! Justin went above and beyond to help with the wasps that were getting into our house. We will definitely be using them for all of our house pest protection all year round. Highly recommend!
