Bayer Pest Control has perform routine maintenance at both my houses for a couple of years now, and so far I am pleased with the results and the cost is very reasonable. Logan is a very polite young man and knows his bugs. He makes sure you are satisfied before he leaves and will reapply, if necessary, on his dime.

Company was very responsive at first. He came to set up mouse traps and inspect the house for the exclusion work. He told me he would give me an estimate in two days and would return in a week to pick up the traps. I got an invoice that day and then I was unable to reach them to get the estimate or to come pick up the traps, no response to emails/calls. So I ended up paying $195 for a fun treasure hunt of finding all the traps since he placed them around the house without me knowing all the locations. I finally got an estimate 2 weeks later via email with zero mention of my previous calls or emails, after I had already hired another company due to their lack of response.
