I would give this company no stars if I could. We feel lied to and cheated out of at least $400+. The customer service is horrendous. If we had known what we know now we would have stayed as far away as humanly possible. I know this review probably won’t make it to be seen by anyone, but at least I have had my say.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Update: More recently – sloppy, lazy, and one guy pulled my fence gate off the hinges instead of asking me to unlock it while I was home. Apparently they got bought out and aren’t the same anymore.

Do not use companies like this, their spray is a weak nerve agent used to disturb insects into genetic adaptation. Known to cause Dupuytren’s contracture in humans fairly quickly and later tumor and cysts. Known to cause spinal cysts on k9s. Save money and buy a 20$ bottle of bug barrier of your choice

Their customer service sucks. Worst part is .. they will commit for 4 visits but will lock you for multiple months. I was locked for 18 months. To add to that, they visited only 4 times in first 12 months( to admit, I cancelled one visit) but then they tried to push 8 visits in next 6 months. And btw I had to pay around $190 per visit!! This is another scam!! I don’t even want to go for the effectiveness

Im leaving this review not commenting on services.. as i didnt receive any but on the sale of said services. the young man came to my door saying they were in town spraying houses and would do my house for the sale price of 99$ i had a flea problem last year so i figured it wouldn’t be a terrible thing. after not really getting to look at any paper work and repeatedly asking the salesmen “its 99$ said it done right?” and being told correct. i gave my info and that was that. luckily i looked at the customer portal and the documents supplied there and noticed i had been signed up for a PRO annual plan…. it was 100$ today and every month for 24 months is would be 150$. this was never told to me at sale and luckily i was able to cancel before i would have been locked in after 3 days. please be wary if this company comes to your door and doesnt explain EXACTLY what it is selling.

They came to my door despite a no soliciting sign. I have reported to the Ohio Attorney General as I am allowed to do. Maybe have your salesmen learn to read first.

Worst service ever showed up at 9p trying to sell the service told me they’d charge me 50$ to do it and then quarterly after didn’t provide price till after they convinced me to sign up they the. Went from we’ll be there Saturday to well let’s do it right now they were there 15 minutes tops and left didn’t have all the supplies and just said just tell the next people who come out. It’s been a week since they did the “service” and my outside bug have now become inside ones

Harassing me again by coming to my door. My doorbell clearly says ‘No Soliciting”. I have a recording. Your company are the ‘pests’. I think it’s time to sue.

Aptive continues to come to our house year after year trying to sell us their product. Year after year we say no. We have a dog who loses her mind barking anytime anyone comes to the door, we work from home and it’s frustrating to have uninvited visitors who interrupt our work… but despite the deafening barks, clear disinterest in the service, and communicating through a crack in the door, we have to resort to shutting the door and walking away because Aptive’s inordinately pushy salespeople don’t listen to “no, thank you, we’re good” the first four times. I’d happily take an entire spider colony over their business.
