I’m not even a customer, and I already don’t like this company. One of your drivers pulled right out in front of me almost causing a collision. Had I not slammed on my brakes, he would’ve hit me in his company vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable.

I’m not sure where to start. When we moved into our home it was in a new subdivision and the sales person informed us that there was a special because how many houses in our neighborhood had signed up with them. Then I find out that there was one out of 300 currently built homes. After the initial treatment, we still had bugs on the outside spiders crawling. This was after they said it would take a couple of days. Several days later I had a new spider nest built close to the HD unit. After the second treatment, I dug up a bush that was close to the sidewalk by our front door and then all kinds of bugs ants and I couldn’t even tell you what else it was. I will tell you however, the technicians that come out and spray are very professional. They communicate well. They take pictures of their work. I have no complaint about that except apparently the chemicals that they are using do nothing at all. I would discourage anyone from using this company. We were locked into a contract. Could have canceled but we would have had to pay $250 to get out of it. In hindsight, I should have paid the $250. It would have been cheaper than continuing to use them for a year.

Well I have been with you a while now and things have been fine but now i have water bugs above my chickens and your man says that he cannot spray his chemical around the chickens. Then he tells me that if I go to farmers supply they have something for this application.roblem So I say great git some of that and do the coupe. He says l have to do that. Now I’m wondering about your promise, that l am paying for,to get rid of ALL my pests. So I have a little problem. Thanks

Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism of the service technicians provided by the company. However, my experience with the scheduling department was less than satisfactory. Despite repeated requests to only be contacted via a phone call when due for a service, I continued to be scheduled for appointments prematurely. Additionally, I encountered difficulties when attempting to cancel my contract, as I was informed that I would have to wait an additional two months. It is important to maintain vigilance when dealing with the company’s scheduling department, as they have a tendency to schedule appointments ahead of time. I would also like to note that the customer service line appeared to be outsourced to another country, providing a satisfactory but not exceptional level of service. I am open to discussing these issues further with a representative from the company via phone call or email. Thank you.

We have had MORE bugs WITH this service than before. We have not been at all impressed with this service as we continue to have a problem with ants that they have not controlled in the nine months that we have been with them. They are polite and courteous…but I don’t know what they are spraying because it’s not working…even with reporting an issue and having them return it it is not effective. We had them here a moth ago and tonight my bathroom is once again filled with ants…and its not even summer.
