Clegg has been super good but wish.they would clean.spider webs.off.better. I do have a huge problem with spiders even.after extermination. Xleggs is FANTASTIC to work with though. And haven’t changed my service in 4 years.

BEWARE! If you build a house & want to immediately put in landscaping, you CANNOT … because Clegg’s will install ugly round 4″ green termite baits every 6-8′ around your house within 2′ of your foundation. They will destroy any landscaping you installed. We are especially enraged because we are in the middle of a bare crop field with no vegetation & no trees & are in direct sunlight. Not exactly the optimum venue for a termite feast. The technician installed around 1/4 of the house, then left. The septic trench was open impeding a mere 1/8 of the house. Instead of proceeding with installing the other 5/8 of the house, he just gave up & went away. So, since we received *NO COMMUNICATION – NO COURTESY CALLS* from CLEGG’S we assumed Clegg’s was done. But no, 3-1/2 weeks later, after we took possession of the home & after we had installed landscaping fabric adjacent to the foundation, the technician came by & cut about 20 more holes in our landscaping fabric while we were away. The other enraging thing is the technician will come back in 6 months to dig up our fabric & landscape stone AGAIN! Obviously, we got the tired, old “point the fingers at the other guy” excuse that Cleggs’ customer is the builder. NO, the homeowner is your end user / customer. So Dear Lauren, PLEASE MAKE A NOTE that you MUST give us a COURTESY CALL 24 HOURS BEFORE your 6 month visit to inform us that your technician is coming so that we can kennel our 2 large dogs. (You know who we are because we had a discussion about this on Friday, June 21. And to your credit, you called me back as promised.) Good luck, folks!
