I cannot express that sincere thanks I have for Tad and Nick for helping us out with an emergency hornets nest extraction. I called and they arrived with-in 2 hours and took care of it. Amazing customer service!!!! THANK YOU guys!!!!!!!!

We were extremely pleased when Triangle Wildlife Removal answered our call and got out to our home quickly to remove the snake that decided to invade the bird nest under our front porch. Very prompt and professional service and felt the price was very fair. Highly recommend!

We had not one, but TWO bats decide to swoop into our bedroom in the late hours of the night. Nothing quite unsettles you like that….so after 11:30PM of googling and emailing a few companies, Triangle Wildlife reached out first thing in the morning and had someone out on the same day! Even better, they got our project done the next day and wrapped up with the bat removal a week later. They were in line with quotes we got from other agencies, and Ethan was great with communicating what they were doing. They were on time and fast. So, if you have a midnight bat scare, these are your guys.

I highly recommend Triangle Wildlife if you have any critters that have decided to move into your house. We had some squirrels that found their way into our attic and Ethan came out the day I called, got up on a ladder to check it out even though it was raining and quickly found their point of entry. Over the next few days, he had trapped several squirrels, stopping by daily to check the trap – he even stopped by twice on Easter Sunday because he was catching them so fast. After getting all of the squirrels, he repaired our roof so they couldn’t get back in and it’s been quiet ever since. Ethans expertise, professionalism, and dedication truly exceeded my expectations.

I was able to make an appointment for them to come out the next day and remove a dead bird from our dryer vent and install a vent cover. Service was prompt and complete.

I cannot recommend Triangle Wildlife enough! Yesterday morning I heard an animal clawing around inside my dryer hose connected to the dryer vent (turned out to be a bird). Called the first 2 companies that popped up on Google, one said they could come out the next day and was instantly trying to get me to sign up for hundreds of dollars of recurring pest control services, and the other said they couldn’t come for 8 days. Nick from Triangle Wildlife was at my house within 2 hours of me calling! Nick was very professional and helpful and was able to get the bird removed. He also went on the roof to identify how the bird got in (flapper on dryer vent was caught on something, leaving it open) and he fixed the issue.

You have a pest problem? Call Triangle Wildlife – Here’s why: Tad has an extensive background of over 30 years with a related academic background from NCSU. And he has a strong bench of skilled technicians. Specifically, John responded to what was believed to be a critter that penetrated the fascia board on our two story home. As it turned out the fascia issue was insect related. Nevertheless, John inspected the entire attic for our peace of mind. And reattached the plywood section under the fascia board. John is a top notch pro, and a joy to engage with. Lastly, I learned that John loves and protects squirrels and raccoons. He has nurtured squirrels and raccoons as pets after removal.

Writing another review – once again I appreciate their outstanding service. Ethan came out to my house today and was not only courteous and respectful – but then when there was confusion about the service I needed – actually refunded the cost of the visit! Truly exceptional customer service! HIGHLY recommend I am so grateful to Triangle Wildlife – Susan went out of her way to get a technician to my house today, and he (Adrian) could not have been more helpful. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Had noice In roof somewhere, not sure what it is. Call Tad, got the next day service. Ethan showed up on time and I receive remind before hand about who and when will show up. He checked thoroughly and set trap. He checked daily – even at the weekend. Once he checked at noon and then I found there are 2nd trapped, called him and he came within an hour and got it. Total 5 squirrels after, sealed. We are noice free. He is so knowledgable and handled thing professinal and above and beyong. This is not the first time I used Tad. He and his crew never disappoint me.
