He listened to my concerns and examined everything thoroughly while giving me useful information. I had additional questions that week and he did not hesitate to answer them. Just had Big Mike from sustainable pest systems out at my home in Havelock. 10/10 he was professional and kind. Mike made sure I won’t have to deal with fire ants and other bugs again in my home. If you use this company and they send Big Mike to your home, know they sent their best!

My parents have had an issue with mice in their crawl space and attic that another pest company wasn’t able to successfully resolve. A friend recommended I call Sustainable Pest Systems. Their Technician, Shaun, has been to the house a few times and has been very patient with all my questions, very thorough and professional. There is finally an end to this issue and peace of mind as well. I would definitely use their services again!
