Additional services that aren’t on the Google listing: termite bond, vapor barrier, mold remediation in crawl space, replacing insulation in crawlspace. We have used AAA Exterminating for seven years. This company ticks all the boxes: they answer or return your phone call, they show up on time and if they will be late or early will let you know, they do their job. You don’t have to wait too long for an appointment. They have been especially responsive to our needs as we were selling our house. Kelly is extremely patient. As long as she is there providing exceptional customer service, this company is bound to thrive. I am so pleased, I cannot say it enough.

I have been using AAA both professionally and personally since they have entered the Raleigh market. This is a 3rd generation family from my hometown of Fayetteville and they have done solid business there for decades. Tommy and his team have carried the torch well and his Dad would be proud. They have also started doing crawlspace moisture mitigation work and are a reasonably priced solution for that as well. They deserve to be your first call, you will not be disappointed. And I am happy to speak to anyone who wants to discuss my experiences in more detail.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely did horrible at their inspection – 3 times, no less – and finally had to go with another company that did the job right – and that was after verifying from a third party company that AAA indeed did not know what they were doing. Wound up costing us a lot of extra money, time, and darn near the sell of a home. STAY AWAY.

My landlord hired them since he uses them in Fayetteville. Marco showed up a few minutes early and knocked out everything we needed treated and was very professional. I will definitely be calling them in the future cause apparently fire ants are insane in this area. Great job all around!

We actually didn’t hire these guys to do an inspection, they were hired by the buyers of our house, so my review is solely based on the customer service. The two gentlemen that came were very respectful and of our time and space. They were also very nice and respected our wishes to wear a mask while inside. Without us even asking (or knowing they would), they wore shoe covers inside as well.
