UPDATE: Great job Gio!! I wanted to leave another review now that we have had this company for a while. Superior product, superior service with absolutely amazing staff! Gio is our serviceman now and he is dependable, friendly and accommodating to our unique schedule. We have such a large yard, some of which is edible garden area so he works around what we need inside and out while not making me feel bothersome or rushed as I explain our specific requests. Again, I just want to say thank you to this company and Gio in particular for doing such a great job! 👍🏼 What a great experience! We are so glad we made the switch to this company because NC bugs are no joke. But guess what… neither are these folks!! Our technician Will came out promptly, answered our questions, did a thorough inspection, fogged for mosquitoes, sprayed inside, completed a termite inspection and set up to get the termite stations placed. The pricing is definitely reasonable and fair and we truly felt personally cared for. What more could you ask for?

DSS was called on the day following a visit from a technician. It was reported we had roaches (which I had been paying over a years worth of services for and the problem was never fully fixed). It was also reported that my 2 sons were still in diapers. They are 5 and 3 and BOTH AUTISTIC. No other people were in home. Though the call was made anonymously, it’s extremely obvious who called. I am very disappointed with Lake Norman pest control. I will never recommend them, and if you are a parent of toddlers and your house is in occasional chaos, I would highly recommend looking for another pest control service.

We have been using Lake Norman Pest Control since moving here September 2016 and have been very pleased with the services. We live on the water and it’s nice to have the multitude of services from one pest control company. We recently signed on to have our lawn care also managed by them. Every associate is professional and communication is always on point so there aren’t any surprise visits. They are very in tune to making sure our animals are inside and safe during the pesticide treatments. Our most recent service was done by Brandon who was very thorough, friendly and professional.
