I can’t express how thorough these folks were. My elderly father had ants in his kitchen and we had tried everything available for household use to no avail. For a very reasonable price, they spent hours treating inside and outside of the house and inside the wall cavities. The technician was very nice and patient with my father who does not hear well. Shannon in the office got us an appointment the day after I called. All in all a great experience. Wish we lived in Union County so we could use their service!

We had the best experience with Robin. She was on time, respectful and engaging with my 95 year old father-in-law who owns the house that was treated. She was very informative and explained the whole treatment process to us. The service was extremely thorough inside and out while not disrupting the home. And the price was very reasonable. It’s not often that you find a company that will make an appointment for the very next day but that is how responsive this company is. We will definitely have only them service this residence in the future.

First, I was quoted a smaller price on the phone than I received after my home was sprayed. I was very surprised at the price. Home was sprayed for gnats and Palmetto Bugs. Just days later, saw more gnats and called the company back. Played phone tag and to her credit, technician did return to my home one morning to respect, however, due to the fact I’m not in my 5th week of chemo, I didn’t hear the doorbell and missed her visit. However, went more days playing phone tag until I spoke to that owner and he informed me if I had my home resprayed it would be another $150 charge. I used their services only 2 weeks ago and they refuse to fix the issue upon which they were paid for. As Alan elderly woman on a fixed income, I cannot simply come up with another $150 when the job wasn’t done properly in the first place. Terrible customer service and no guarantee or warranty on their work not even within the first month. And this place was recommended by my neighbor. Never again. They don’t back up their work. Next time I’ll go with Orkin, and I’d advise you to do the same. Disgraceful.
