Ward Construction & Remodeling a month agoWe had Ward Construction replace the flooring in our house. This is the second project they have done at our house. Our project manager was Nick and he was great. He was quick to respond and made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I would highly recommend them for any future home projects.

Shaw&Shaw Vinyl Siding 4 weeks agoWe needed a lot of work done for a home in Winston Salem, getting it ready for the real estate market. Josh and his dad David did a great job re-roofing the house, replaced the bad facia boards, replaced four windows, removed and repaired the steps, hauled off a lot of yard debris and did a bunch of painting as well. Now, the siding is old, so that means good luck matching it with the new siding…. Josh had a great idea and took the original siding off the existing porch gable end, shingled that area and used the remaining older siding to patch an repair with a perfect match… BRILIANT!!!! Josh also coordinated an electrician and landscaper for us, he really went above and beyond! We were grateful there are still good honest contractors out there looking to over deliver and exceed expectations… so, hire Shaw&Shaw, you’ll be glad you did! Roco Remodeling and Design 5 years agoOur home is very old, but cherished. My sister and I view ourselves to be stewards of the property. In remodeling our downstairs bathroom, the design and level of craftsmanship had to remain consistent with existing bungalow architecture. The tech proved the ideal partner. The entire staff was exceedingly competent and professional with every step. The finished product was exceptional – quality build & materials, clear communication, highly organized, expert fit & finish, efficiently executed, delivered on-time. We realized more value than anticipated. The owner is the appropriate team for your project if the standard is high, and your are invested in an exquisite outcome.

Restoration Group of the Triad 7 months agoInstalled a shower improperly 2 years ago. I have discovered it leaks into the wall and floor. I now have a shower I cannot use and a mold problem. They will not return my phone calls, emails, or texts as the problem just continues to get worse. Update: December 2023 – I reached Ryan Nichols by phone and he claimed RGT has been sold, but he is still licensed to RGT. He claims he will fix all issues, but no response again for weeks now. My flooring is cracking and splintering, and he holds the warranty to the flooring. Bathroom shower install is still a nightmare.

Ray Bullins Construction a month agoIn July 2023, we decided to build a home, we contacted Ray Bullins construction company, who helped us find land and design a home that would fit our needs. We had a wonderful experience designing our home with Ray, Lisa, and Mitch- everyone listened to our ideas and helped us make our vision a reality. This was our first time building a home, and it was a very easy and enjoyable process with Ray and his team. We never knew there were so many aspects and things to consider when building a home, from picking things like round sinks vs square sinks, to selecting cabinet pulls, to choosing from all the flooring options available today, Ray helped us every step of the way! During our Building process, Ray and Company were always accessible to answer our questions and address whatever concerns we had during the process. Now that we are in our home, we love, love, love it! Every day, we find another custom detail that we hadn’t noticed before. Ray has remained responsive to us, and he quickly resolved the few little punch list items we have found, and his team of trade partners have been so helpful.
