Shane and his coworker were awesome! They were professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. In the process of servicing my bait system, termite activity was found on one of them. Shane brought it to my attention and went into the crawlspace to check for possible damage. There were no issues so the system was effective. Those guys deserve a raise!!

Daniel is an amazing asset to the Terminix Jacksonville team. He spent several minutes explaining the products being used before he completed the service. My son has a severe illness and he more than willingly worked around his equipment and took the time to speak with him about the services and any needs he may have. We would love to request that he be our permanent exterminator please.

We have had phenomenal experiences with all Terminix technicians that have come to service our property in Jacksonville, NC. Our most recent technician, Daniel, was friendly, personable and able to answer any questions regarding their pest services. He was on time and treated our yard fast and efficiently, which we appreciate with having pets and kids! Highly recommend if you’re looking for pest control in the area.
