It’s been 2 months since I contacted them. I have signed a contract. They proceeded to do half the job, did not notify me that they only did half the job. I had to call my tenants and ask them. I’m still waiting on someone to actually reach out to me and make this right. I’ve already paid by the way.

Several years ago, I contracted with Terminix and wrote a 5-star review after 14 years of service, both termite and roach/ant. I feel compelled to update the review, because they have continued to protect my home with knowledge and professionalism. I still have no bug nor ant problems and feel very secure knowing that I do not have to worry about termite infestation or damage. My former service technician was promoted and certainly deserved it. My new technician, Shaun Johnson, has continued the great service that I now expect. He is very attentive and always anxious to meet my needs. Once again, I thank you for helping me protect my home.
