Almost impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule service. Not so great customer service. Had to continue having them come in between quarterly services because we continued having issues with pests.

Do not use this organization. They are professional, but only in speaking. My home has not been free of insects since I’ve started using this company. They will not let me cancel my contract and they just charged me and will not use it for the 100-dollar fee to end service You will not be taken care of. My house is full of spiders and they only here to eat what was not exterminated.

Kelson a representative told me that they DO NOT treat or spray for flying insects ie gnats or flies even if they can find a breading area. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!

Daniel was on time, and very professional. He was friendly to chat with and went above and beyond during the routine prevention servicing-including removing some hard to reach webs in my garage. I highly recommend Insight and Daniel in particular. I hope to have him again next time.
