Had a bit of a rocky start at the beginning but I will say, their general manager Larry is a great guy. He called me and wanted to do what he could to continue business with me. The day of my spray appointment went great. David let me know he was on the way and showed up a little early which I appreciated. I felt 100% comfortable with David, he answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything. I will say I’ve never had a company actually call me and try to make things right with me, so for that I will be staying with Clegg’s because they truly do care about their customers. I’m glad I gave them another chance and will continue to use their services.

Cleggs has excellent service employees. Mr. Evans is very knowledgeable and dedicated. He is cordial and professional. Mr. Evan provided services at an appropriate pace. He does not waste time. He was punctual and respectful. He asked for my directions and what I wished for him to do before he began the extermination. That showed direct concern for me. and my wishes and/or pest extermination needs. I really appreciate how he conducted himself and completed his business as a proficient and qualified professional.
