Don’t listen to these salesmen!! A door-to-door Aptive sales guy stopped by, and since we have a MASSIVE bug issue, I signed up. The salesman (Jordan) told me I’d have up to 30 days to cancel without a cancellation fee. The technicians came out and even said “it’ll get worse the next few days as bugs are attracted to the poison” and to not let the next few days make my decision. I gave it 2.5-3 weeks, and not seeing much of difference (and still being eaten alive by mosquitos), I called to cancel. The first lady I spoke to told me I had only THREE days to cancel my service – not the 30 days the sales rep told me. She said “it was in your contract”. But Jordan didn’t even let me SEE the contract I was signing. The first lady said she’d put in a “manager call back”. By the next day, I hadn’t received a call back and called again. The second time I called, the lady I spoke to not only cancelled my service, but removed the cancellation fee in less than 9 mins. (She is the ONLY reason I’m giving them more than 1 star – she earned the whole company a second star.) Long story short, be wary of these salesmen and ask to see the contract before they start signing on your behalf. (Because that’s what Jordan did on mine – he signed the contract on my behalf.)

Turned off to this company by the pushy door to door soliciting at my house. Asking my child’s name, and do not not stop their presentation after I told them I am not available. Twice soliciting at my house and they were disruptive. stop this.

Keep your people OUT of neighborhoods with NO SOLICITING SIGNS all over the place. Further, tell them to have some damn sense and not knock on doors at 8pm in neighborhoods that clearly have young kids. The next time one of your “salesmen” knock on our door while our kids are trying to go to sleep they will not be met with a very happy mom.

They send sales representatives out to neighborhoods that clearly have No solicitation signs. The guy has knocked on my door in Fletcher, NC 4 days in a row, even knocking at 9:15pm. When I asked him kindly to stop coming to my house, he arrogantly told me to get a “No Solicitation Sign!” The signs are at the entrance of our neighborhood. Incredibly rude employees with no concern for others. Personally, I’d take mosquitos all day, every day over this pest control company.

Terrible customer service. We have been rescheduled 7 times!!! No return phone calls we have emailed, text and phone call. NOTHING!! Asked for a manager no return call. I really hope they do not try billing us. I do not recommend this business

Solicitors repeatedly return even after I have told them we are not interested and do not return. They visit twice a day on the days they do come, it’s bordering on harassment. I am considering having them trespassed by police.

Total Dissatisfaction! Do not do business with with company! Their technician on their first day came to my house smelling like alcohol! Their products do not work! Scam!
