They are a good small company, but they have a lot of problems getting technologically up to speed. You can never be sure when you call whether you have reached the Asheville office or the Durham office. People who answer the phone don’t seem to know you even though you have been a Customer for 30 years. What constitutes a termite inspection is anybody’s guess. I Asked some questions because we got an invoice for an inspection done while we were not there. In the past, we have always been told we had to be there for the inspection. Lots of inconsistencies within the company. Oh the other hand, the agents in the field seem to do a good job.

Clegg’s was wonderful and Rick worked diligently across several days to trap the “day-walking” raccoon that was trying persistently to get into our house. (We couldn’t access our back porch because the raccoon was there for extended periods of time, day and night.) Totally recommend Clegg’s to help with any abnormal animal behaviors.

Same day service for a very large underground, yellow jacket nest by front door of our house… safety precautions and procedure to dig up and eliminate nest was excellent… military discount was provided to the homeowner a retired veteran. We Highly recommend this pest control company for your needs at your residence

We live in the middle of pasture land all around with hay fields o 3 sides. You can imagine the mice population in our area. Thanks to our pest control friends we have been virtually pest free for many years. If we ever need extra help we only have to call and someone gets to us quickly. Also, when it was apparent we needed a dehumidifier under the house, this company installed plastic sheeting and dehumidifier in the crawl space and keeps all serviced on a regular basis at a reasonable cost.
