Tom was our tech. He is what I expect when you talk about old fashion customer service. He listened to what I had to say and wanted done. Tom went right to work and was thorough. Jeff treated 2 yellow-jacket nests and 2 hornet nests at my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and clearly expert at what he does. He made me feel reassured and comfortable about the process. Price was more than fair and they guarantee their work. I will definitely call Apex again for future pest control needs!

Tom completed an inspection of our home, and we had a very positive experience with him. He was quick but thorough, and very friendly and upfront. He didn’t find any evidence, and therefore didn’t push a service we didn’t need. He did mention pricing for general pest control, which seemed more than reasonable, but not something we’re seeking. Overall, we had a great experience, and would definitely recommend Tom from Apex in the future!

I read a recommendation for Richard’s removal services on Nextdoor. I needed help with getting a yellow jacket infestation in my house soffit taken care of. Richard, at Apex, was very professional in contacting me and keeping me informed about scheduling. He was able to get to me the next day and was very nice and swiftly addressed my situation. My husband and I have rental properties in Black Mountain and Asheville and have utilized different pest control companies through the years. Jeff was quick to respond to my phone call to answer my questions/concerns and with prices lower than what we had been paying. Our technician, Luke G. is very knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, and will send me photo’s of problem areas. And get this! APEX technicians even sweep off spider webs and creepy-crawlies during treatment of inspects! Yay!!
