Our technician, Leland, was prompt, polite, and professional. He went the extra mile to ensure my family felt safe and comfortable in our backyard. In addition, I would like to applaud the customer service from this entire company. When I call, I feel like im speaking with old friends. You can tell they’re not just reading from your service history, they are invested and looking to build a relationship. THAT level of care is hard to find. Kelly from All Pest of Syracuse was an outstanding, intelligent and compassionate woman from start to finish. Her husband Ray came in clutch and helped us out with exceptional service in a timely, affordable manner. Both of their knowledge of bees was eye opening and we felt so taken care of. I would highly recommend their company over any of the other larger named pest controls in the area. They are both incredibly kind and patient.Superb experience all around, thank you!!

Damn frost basically nulled my outside protection. Called to ask why I still have ants. He explained about the frost and was back at my house to re-apply an hour later! That’s customer service!

Ray was great for us! Everyone that we talked to was very friendly and just wonderful. Ray helped clear up our mice problem very quickly. For the service we got the pricing was great, better than other businesses in the area. I would recommend to anyone in need!

Can’t say enough good things!!! Over last weekend (9/16-9/17), my husband and I were home, cleaning and we heard a noise by the wall in our bedroom. Upon further investigation we had narrowed it down to either termites or carpenter bees. Noticing whatever it was had chewed through the wood in the wall, the drywall, and there was only the thin layer of paper on the drywall left, we knew we had to call someone. And if it were bees, they were going to (sooner than later) make their way through that thin layer, and our oldest is deathly allergic. My husband had called Orkin. He didn’t care the cost (they wanted over $300 with a $99 “emergency fee”), we just needed it handled asap. With it being a Sunday, he was transferred to an on-call operator which told him that they would not be able to send anyone out until Monday, but they would be to our home at 10am. At 9:58am Monday morning I had received a call from Orkin saying that they would not be able to come until Friday. With being an “emergency situation” that wasn’t acceptable. I had hopped on Facebook to a local Mom group searching for recommendations on pest control. There were so many positive reviews for All Pest of Syracuse. I called, got their answering service, left a message explaining the situation and within 5 minutes had gotten a call back from Kelly (one of the owners). I was told that this was definitely an emergency situation, and her husband Ray would be to our home within a matter of hours. No exorbitant charge, no “emergency fee” like Orkin was charging. Ray came to our home, assessed the situation, and got to work. The level of professionalism from both Kelly & Ray was amazing and was simply incomparable. Ray was also very thorough in explaining what was going on, explained what he was doing, said there were thousands of bees. Found another area near where our “problem area” was, sprayed there, did a walkthrough of the outside of our home, found another area on our back deck that was infested with bees, and didn’t bay an eye at asking for an additional amount. He then told me to keep an eye on everything, and if I noticed the noise after a few days to immediately give them a call back. Unfortunately, I did end up hearing a noise again. He had got rid of all the bees, but the larva hatched and there were new bees. I called their office back to let them know, and without skipping a beat, I was told Ray would be back that day. He came back, sprayed again, made sure there was no point of entry in the home where bees could get in, inspected the areas again, and when I asked what I owed him for coming back (I was prepared to have to pay for spraying again considering he’s using more product, for his time, travel, etc.) – I was told there was no additional charge. They stand by their work, and they want to fix the problem and no give their customers any “surprise” charges. I cannot say enough good things about this family owned and operated local business. From their prompt response, to their overall genuine kindness, to their top notch service – All Pest of Syracuse will now be our go-to pest control service provided. I would recommend them 1000 times over to anyone in need of service. Their pricing is BEYOND fair, no “emergency fees”, no hidden costs for returning. Straight forward, get in, get the job done, get out, and are there asap if you need them!!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you again – Kelly, Ray & the entire staff at All Pest. You made an awful situation go away, and put our minds at ease knowing you took care of the situation. We will be recommending you guys whenever I see someone in need.

Kelly and Ray are absolutely hands down amazing to work with! They are such down to earth people I was recommended by a ton of people off a Facebook group and Kelly went above and beyond to get us scheduled quickly for Ray to come out and do an inspection for fleas it was a pleasure meeting him they are beyond honest and Ray told us he could not find one flea in our house and that we didn’t need the house bombed I would highly recommend this family owned business for your needs they are hands down the best and even give you tips if you can treat your pest needs at home! Very thankful to have had them come out and to work with!!

Although they couldn’t fit me in Kelly tried to be helpful and helped me get in touch with someone who could. She was very honest and a pleasure to talk to. To me she was worth the 5 stars
