Called and told them I had a skunk in a live trap and wasn’t sure what to do. He said who put the trap there? I said I did. He said it’s your responsibility to take care of it. I hung up. Very rude response.

Ultimate Pest Control was fantastic to work with. They were very responsive in answering/returning my calls, provided a fair quote, and came out right away to address my yellow jacket issue. Dan was very helpful, thoroughly took care of the yellow jacket problem, and stood behind his work all the way. I would recommend using Ultimate Pest Control for any of your pest control problems.

My experience with Ultimate Pest Control has been great from the beginning. It was during the Summer of 2021 when I first contacted Dan and Team regarding yellow jackets. Their treatment was quick, painless and the yellow jackets were gone the next day. Overall Ultimate Pest Control are very nice and professional people. I highly recommend their annual services for your pest control needs.

We had a terrible mosquito problem. They came out to spray and fix it instantly. The are quick to respond, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them for any pest control problem. Great guys!

A guy answered the phone and was very rude. I had to ask if it was an exterminating company since he didn’t state it when answered the phone. He had a very condensending and impatient attitude. Would not recommend. I never write reviews but the lack of customer service was incredible.

We had a problem at our home outside by our deck door. Bees had made a nest behind the siding on the house and we were worried they could get into the house or that our grandchildren would get stung. So, we called. This was 8/17/20. They came that very day. One treatment and we have not seen a bee since. Thank you so much for taking care of this so fast and thoroughly.
